The Bachelor Finale November 19, 2007

November 20, 2007 by Amy

*Spoiler*

Well, I was right in as much as he picked DeAnna over Jenni.  Never guessed that he didn’t pick either of them.  And where’s the promise ring?  Why does he have to say good-bye?  He obviously has feelings for her and from the looks of the After the Rose show, she still looks torn up about it.  Why not give it another whirl?  Maybe an engagement tomorrow night??

I don’t know, it feels very unsatisfying that the deal was not done and I watched a whole season for that.  I do have to give the man some credit though for not committing to something he wasn’t 100% sure on.

Deanna & Jenni may be the lucky one’s, it seems that Brad was a little stiff, no humor. Something was missing from him.

Brad is too rich and too picky. He will never get another chance like this. Why did he buy the ring and for whom?

My theory is they wanted more drama this year and made him pick one or the other.

With all the advertising hoopla surrounding the show, I had told my dh that I thought it was gonna end like that. But when it did, I was so disappointed. Like you, I felt like I’d devoted my time into this and it was a huge letdown. I thought that the preview for tonight made Brad look like he was very uncomfortable to be there, and not too happy to see either girl. We’ll just have to wait and see. Did you think he was going to ask Deanna, and then chickened out when he got all choked up?

I think he may have planned on asking DeAnna but when he had to look her in the eyes and tell her “forever”, he couldn’t. And like I said, I think the show must have told him, you either get engaged or tell her bye so he had to say goodbye.
