I thought tonight was a really good night. Really enjoyed hearing some of the 80’s. You know, I’m thinking the 60’s and 70’s may have been rough for some of them because they were born, oh, in the NINETIES! Anyway, my favorites from tonight:
David Archuleta – He is just awesome. I would agree with Simon though that he should have stayed at the piano. I think he sounded better there.
David Hernandez – I thought it was pretty strong for being a Celine Dion song.
David Cook – It was awesome what he did with that song. I still stand by my opinion on his hair but the song was awesome.
Michael Johns – I really liked the song and he did well but I felt like he was a bit forgettable unfortunately.
Jason Castro – Probably my favorite performance of his yet. And I agree again with Simon that he says he keeps getting better.
Luke must go this week. I felt he was the weakest. And somewhere in there Chikeze and Danny fell in there. Of course, after seeing Danny’s Christmas video, I can see my dislike of his personality from the get-go is well supported. I REALLY do not want him in the top 12 although I think vocally he deserves it more than Luke.
I totally agree with you on two things. Jason Castro was my favorite and Danny has to go.

Danny is listed on votefortheworst.com so I have a feeling that as much as people want him to go, he’s going to be around for a while. I don’t think I can handle anymore “Valley Girl” voice in the interviews!
