OK, here’s step one of the kitchen makeover. Walnut colored hardwoods and a some sort of new countertop are coming (and hopefully maybe sometime in the future cross your fingers a new stove). Sorry the pictures aren’t the same, I took the before ones and Scott took the after ones. If you can’t tell, the after color is a sand type color. It seems to really change it’s look depending on the lighting though.
Looks nice! The yellow makes the kitchen look bigger (and you already have a nice sized kitchen).

Love it! We have 1985 (yikes!) wallpaper in our kitchen and dining room and I am ready to paint now. I just havent been motivated to rip down all of that wallpaper. I can’t wait to see your new flooring. We need that too. And cabinets. And counter tops. And appliances. The list goes on and on.

Love it…really brightens it up! I’m kinda partial to the new color too, since it’s very similar to my own kitchen/dining room color 🙂 Mine is maybe a shade or so darker.
