Fall TV Schedule

September 11, 2008 by Amy

My schedule, as if already not full enough, is getting ready to become busier because drumroll, the fall TV season is starting.  Important stuff, people.  Here’s what my nights will look like:

Sunday

  • Desperate Housewives

Monday

  • One Tree Hill
  • Gossip Girl
  • Dancing with the Stars *probably DVR and watch later
  • The Hills * usually watch online later

Tuesday

  • 90210
  • Privileged
  • House *probably will DVR and watch immediately following Privileged.  of course, that is the one show that Scott and I both love so Privileged might have to take a back seat

Wednesday

  • Private Practice

Thursday

  • Grey’s Anatomy
  • The Office *will have to DVR because of the time but will probably watch it immediately following Grey’s. LOST
  • LOST * forgot this one at first

Other shows to be added in as they premiere: The Bachelor and American Idol.  I WOULD watch Survivor, Biggest Loser, Fringe, and Prison Break IF I could fit in.

Privileged and 90210 are new to my schedule this year.  Both of them have had strong starts and don’t anticipate them dropping from my radar.  I’m all for the teen dramas LOL.

I fell off the wagon watching Gossip Girl at the end of last year with all the One Tree Hill stuff going on.  I caught up I think on 6 episodes just today and WOW it has gotten really good.  Too bad I have a friend that has a Gossip Girl blog because I’d be ALL over that.

And while I’m at it, I have to recommend surfthechannel.com to catch up on any shows that you didn’t DVR.  What shows are you watching this fall?

I’m watching a lot of the same things you are…OTH, Gossip Girl, Grey’s, The Office, & Private Practice. I’ll also be watching Heroes (which unfortunately comes on at the same time as OTH so I’ll have to watch it online) and LOST when it returns! Plus My Name Is Earl and Pushing Daisies if I have the time. I think I might be addicted to TV…

AHHH…I totally forgot LOST! Going to add it now!!

And people keep trying to get me to watch Heroes. Maybe I’ll do the surfthechannel thing during the next off-season.

Great choices – I watch most of those shows! My favorites would have to be Gossip Girl, 90210, Desperate Housewives and Privileged. Which, by the way I just watched Privileged last night and think it has great potential.

Another show I watch is the Hills. I know it is fake, but it is like a train-wreck you just can’t look away from.

I haven’t seen 90210 – I missed the premiere episode and my DVR has recorded after that. Do you know if the premiere is online anywhere? I keep hearing so much about it, I need to watch it again!

That reminds me … Colleen wants to go to the NKOTB concert in October. Ha! Tickets start at $87 or something like that though … of course I had to think of you 🙂 I doubt I’ll go but tell me if you’re interested …

Our Sunday and Thursday nights are pretty much the same. I really wish I was watching all the teen shows (except the Hills-I have no desire to get into that one). Maybe I’ll catch on the surfthechannel website. Thanks for the link!!

I’m so glad I’m not the only t.v. junkie around! I’m most looking forward to the return of Lost, but I’m also enjoying the new 90210. Gossip Girl is one of my favs, too, as well as Greek ( on ABC Family.) I, too, am all about the silly teen dramas!

I remember that I used to read actual books. I wonder what happened to me… ?

You know, Heather keeps telling me I should watch Greek. Maybe that’s my next surfthechannel.com project.

WOW…that’s some schedule! Mine looks like this:
    Monday – One Tree Hill

Raouf and the kids have control of our television 99% of the time. When it is Raouf’s turn we watch CNN, with Matthew it is Discovery Channel and with Leila it is Family Channel. The entire house knows that Monday nights at 9:00 p.m. it is Mommy’s turn which is perfect because the kids are in bed by then and Raouf works late every Monday. If I am lucky I catch episodes of House on the 13 inch TV with rabbit ears that is in our bedroom…it is the only other TV in the house.

Amy, loved your eye candy choices especially Brad, Matt (Damon) and Chad. Add George Clooney and you have my dream list.

I was thinking about this last night, and wishing I had 4 DVR’s. I must really be addicted to TV!
I’ve never watched Gossip Girl or The Hills, so maybe I’ll have to check them out.

No, I haven’t seen Chuck. I think I’m lopping 90210 off my list though so I might have a spot 😉
