I’m cooking spaghetti right now. I preheated the oven to 425 and opened it to put the garlic bread in and found this.
It’s cupcakes left over from the other day. Now twice-baked. Scott isn’t here but I know they were in the oven because he couldn’t stand looking at the pan sitting on the counter. Also because I found the pumpkin pie in the microwave. What’s really funny is the whole time I’m browning the meat I keep thinking how sweet it smells!

My daughter was going to make cookies Tuesday and she preheated the oven. I kept smelling something funny…so I opened the oven door to find a pot I’d stuck in there because it wouldn’t fit in the dishwasher. I was going to hand wash it later. Inside the pot was a plastic spoon. Notice I say WAS!

At least you didn’t light the oven on fire. My husband and I did that once.
Toasty cupcakes are a far cry from having to call the fire department to determine if after spraying the entire can of fire extinguisher into the oven you could cook in it or not.
My hubby also stows things in the microwave.
