• Snow!  We got to see snow this year!
• Help with the youth band.  Not sure I can say this enough.
• Family that helps with the kids. I know so many people who don’t live near family or aren’t close to their family and have to struggle for a babysitter.  Not sure what I would have done yesterday if I didn’t have family around.
• Friends that I can be silly around.  D&D and J&W and another couple and I all played Cranium Friday night after that Arbonne party D had and I had fun even when I was tasked with the word "volcano" with charades.
• Firefox.  Seriously.  IE is such a pain.

Yay, I was happy to find at Cootiehog that it’s Delurker Day! This day never works for me but if you’d like to change the habit of my readers, comment and let me know you read here!

This week I’m thankful for:

• Help in our youth group. Between the new youth pastor and possible music lead, I’m psyched.

• New Grey’s Anatomy episode tonight…haha…

• Allison for helping me a bunch this week

• A great host who’s customer service rocks!

• The Bible in 90 Days group. I love that I’m sticking to it.

• The rain last night and today.

This week we have to ask the blog world for tips on something instead of giving advice.  My question this week is…

I need to learn Flash and quick….anyone have a good online course/site for me.  Also, anyone know of good template (?) sites to build a site?

Not going to be so serious with today’s list…

• Heat!  It’s so cold here today!
• School starting back today.
• Printer ink..haha..my order finally got delivered this week.  Never knew how much I used my printer until it’s gone.  They always said absence makes the heart grow fonder.
• Triple coupons at Harris Teeter this week.  Yay!
• Unisom.  I probably wouldn’t get any sleep without it.
• DirecTV.  I got to record Gossip Girl last night and Scott didn’t have to watch it.
• Working from home.  I got to type up this list while I’m on a conference call.

1. The Midway State.  You must check out this band.  I’ve been listening to them over and over.
2. One Tree Hill.  I’m getting excited about the new season that starts next week.
3. My new leather office chair.  It’s just so comfy.
4. My shimmer wand from Bath and Body Works.
5. My new dark denim Express X2 jeans
6. Our new DirecTV subscription.
7. The new Read the Bible in 90 Days accountability group I’m in.  Started reading today and already feel accomplished.

Another trooper’s wife sent me this chat today: Hello Amy! I went to the post office on Saturday to mail [another trooper] a package and there was this guy in the line behind me.

So thankful everything is ok with our youth leaders now.

I bought the soundtrack to August Rush today after seeing the movie on Tuesday and have been listening to it while I clean.

OK, so I told everyone else on my other blog to pimp (yes, don’t hate me because I just used the word pimp) the giveaway so I guess I better do it here too.  Heather and I are giving away a One Tree Hill Season 4 DVD set on January 8.  All you have to do is comment, click a few ads and then tell someone else about it.  We’re just trying to get the word out about our site.  And if you don’t like One Tree Hill, this is the perfect chance to get caught up in time for Season 5 on Jan 8 or just sell it on ebay–you should get about $40 from it.
