This week my thankfulness is centered around my "new" job!! Wow, what a blessing it is. My prayers were answered in that my previous consulting company didn’t get nasty with it and actually suggested I look elsewhere. This doesn’t happen everywhere. I actually have a coworker who was told he’d be slapped with a lawsuit if he tried switching consulting companies. So for that, I’m grateful. And I’m grateful obviously for the raise. That will mean so much. I’m grateful this new company looks like it’s actually interested in taking care of their consultants as people and not numbers. That will be a nice change. I’m grateful for my client manager that thought enough of me and my work to fight for me. This would have never happened without him.
Awesome! A job you enjoy is soooo important, because if you don’t like your job it makes everything in your life miserable. Praise God.
