Yay!! Last night we tore the carpet up. And I loosely use the term "we". D came by to help Scott take up the carpet and just for the record, I’m the one that got to clean up after them. And of course I had to show pictures because hello? It’s a makeover.
Here the first part of the carpet is coming up.
Emma and Lexi get freaked out when we tell them to be careful of nail and staples and Emma goes into "mother mode"
The carpet is up…
The plastic and red spongy stuff goes down. You like that terminology??
And voila! The first pieces of our hardwood go down!!
Yay!!
I love it! Can you come and oversee the re-do of my house next? Mostly the kitchen, but I want the hardwoods too. I just don’t know where to start. I guess getting the wallpaper off the walls would be a big help. I can’t wait to see the after pictures
